09 Chris Potter – The Highs and Lows of Triathlons

Chris Potter on Sole Nation with Brook Kreder

Today on the show I’m talking with Chris Potter. Chris is my sister in sole, blood, tears and get-your-ass-out-on-the-road-and-ride-your-bike-even-if-you-don’t-want-to.

Chris did her first triathlon over a year ago and hasn’t stopped since. If that isn’t inspiring enough, she also consistently places in the top ten in her age group!

In this episode we talk about balance, finding purpose in your workouts and inspiration to get out there and give a triathlon a go!
